Canapés sit down meals and pig roasts are all ideal ways to feed large numbers of people. However it's often nice to "wow" your guests with something a little different by giving the occasion a theme. Why stop at fancy dress when you could theme the food and the table décor. As event caterers we have found themed functions to be huge success in previous years. Themes to have aspired from event caterers vary from Russian Nights, to Medieval Banquets. Whatever the theme we will aim to research and create new recipes to enhance it.
