It's a very informal way of dining and great fun. You can have the basic pig roast, soft bread rolls and apple sauce or make a real meal of it and introduce lots of mouth watering salads, roasted potatoes, stuffing balls and finish off with a dessert buffet.
Whatever the occasion, we will devise a suitable menu to please all your guests. As a rough guideline you can feed approximately 100 from a pig roast and 40-50 from a lamb, however any additional queries can be discussed with any member of the team at Unique.
